صراع التكيف: حالة مواليد السعودية الفلسطينيين من جيل الألفية العائدين إلى الأردن

الملخص

تبحث الدراسة في واحدة من السياسات التي اعتمدتها الحكومة السعودية منذ تموز/ يوليو 2017 ، والمتمثلة في فرض حزمة ضرائب جديدة على مرافقي العمالة الوافدة، وأثرها في الجالية الفلسطينية المقيمة في المملكة العربية السعودية، ولا سيما الفلسطينيين من جيل الألفية المولودين في السعودية، والذين ينتمون إلى الجيلين الثاني والثالث من الأسر الفلسطينية المهاجرة للعمل. وباستخدام الإثنوغرافيا الذاتية منهجًًا للبحث، تعرض الدراسة التجارب الشخصية التي دفعت بهذا الجيل إلى العودة القسرية إلى الأردن بعد فرض تلك الضرائب. إضافة إلى ذلك، تستكشف مراحل التثاقف النفسي ونتائجه، في محاولة لتبيين الكيفية التي جرت بها هذه التحولات على هوية هذا الجيل الثقافية قبل انتقاله إلى الأردن وبعده. وتعتمد في هذا إطارًًا نظريا جديدًًا يتصور عمليات التثاقف بوصفها مراحل حياتية متداخلة، تشكّّل فيها الهوية الثقافية مرآة تعكس الطبيعة المتطورة لهذه التغييرات، وتتبين ملامحها مع مرور الوقت، ما ينتج في الأخير هويةًً تتسم بالتعقد وتعدد الطبقات. وتبرز الدراسة التأثيرات النفسية والثقافية الهائلة لتلك السياسات/ الضريبة في حالة الدراسة من فلسطينيي جيل الألفية المنتقلين إلى الأردن، وتبيّن الآثار اللاحقة في مشاعرهم بالانتماء بعد مغادرتهم السعودية.

  4. الرقم الوطني في الأردن عبارة عن رمز رقمي يتكون من عشر خانات ينمح لكل مواطن يحمل الجنسية الأردنية، بحيث يتميز به المواطن الأردني ممن سواه، فلا يحق للفلسطينيين من حملة الوثائق الأردنية المؤقتة أن يحصلوا على هذا الرقم. وبذلك يصبح هذا الرقم معرّفًا للجنسية الأردنية، ويكون سحبه أو إزالته من الجواز الأردني كأنه سحب للجنسية الأردنية من حاملها.
