Covid- 19: Public Policy Responses and Health Consequences in the Arab Region

Abstract

Hikama Journal, in partnership with the Applied Research Network for Health, Environment and Development (AHEAD), organized its first workshop titled ‘Arab Countries’ Responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic: Strategies and Implications’. Held online, the workshop aimed to direct Arab research attention toward the evaluation of public policies, using the exceptional global circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic as a case study, with a particular focus on how Arab governments responded to this challenge across various levels.
