الملخص

يُعدّ التدريب والتعليم المهني والتقني إحدى الدعائم والمحركات الرئيسة لتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي وتوفير العمالة الماهرة للنهوض بالقطاعات الصناعية، ومواجهة المشكلات المتعلقة بالبطالة وتقليل حدّة الفقر والتكاليف الباهظة المتعلقة بالتعليم العالي في الكثير من دول العالم، ولا سيما في الدول العربية التي تعاني الكثير من جوانب النقص والقصور في ما يتعلق بهذا المجال. تتوخّى هذه الدراسة تتبّع التغييرات المستمرة والتشكلات الجديدة لأساليب التدريب والتقنيات الجديدة المتعلقة بهذا المجال. ونتطرق فيها إلى الفرص والتحديات التي يعايشها هذا القطاع، ونستشرف الآفاق المستقبلية الممكنة من خلال تسليط الضوء على الإمكانيات الكامنة في المجتمعات العربية، إضافةً إلى الاستفادة من التجارب العالمية، والقيام بالمقارنات المرجعية في المجالات المشابهة.
