الملخص

تحاول الدراسة إعادة صياغة مفهوم "الكردية" عبر تتبّع وفحص تصنيف الأكراد لذاتهم بأنهم مركبون من هويتين سياسيتين مختلفتين: واحدة "تقليدية" وأخرى "جديدة". وتجادل بأن هاتين الهويتين يتمثل أصحاب كل واحدة منهما الأخرى. وربما كما أسست كل واحدة منهما ذاتها، فقد بنت تاريخها وسياستها وأُطرها الاجتماعية والثقافية وعلاقاتها الدبلوماسية بطريقة خاصة بها. وتشرح الكيفية التي بُنيت بها هاتان الهويتان اللتان تشكلتا في خطابين متمايزين قائمين على عدة ثنائيات: الأكراد الجيدون مقابل الأكراد السيئين، الأكراد القدماء مقابل الأكراد الجدد، الأكراد الخانعون مقابل الأكراد المقاومين، الأكراد المتعاونون مقابل الأكراد الإرهابيين، الأكراد الشرفاء مقابل الأكراد الخونة. لكن تبيّن الدراسة أن كل هذه الثنائيات ليست إلا عناصر متراكبة من هوية سياسية كردية راهنة تؤدي الصراعات والانقسامات والمنافسات دورًا مهمًا في ديناميكيتها الداخلية.

  6. أسس حزب العمال الكردستاني عام 1978، عبد الله أوج ناا المعروف ب Apo ورفاقه في تركيا. بدأ الحزب عمله المسلّح عام 1984، حيث نال شعبية ضخمة في أقسام كردستان الأربعة خصوصًا في تركيا وسورية. الحزب مُصنف منظمة إرهابية من تركيا والولايات المتحدة الأميركية والاتحاد الأوروبي، ويُعتبر أكبر حزب سياسي كردي، ولديه تأثير في غالبية الأكراد في الشرق الأوسط.
