الملخص

إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة الميدانية هو الكشف أولًا عن أوجه الاختلاف والتماثل بين مواقف أعضاء حركة العدل والإحسان وحزب العدالة والتنمية (حركة الإصلاح والتوحيد) من الدولة المدنية. وثانيًا إيضاح مدى استعداد أعضاء كلتا الحركتين لتغيير مواقفهم من الدولة المدنية (Attitudes change)، إن هم واجهوا وضعيات إحراج معرفي تتضمن مواقف مضادة (Counter attitudes). وطبقًا لما أسفرت عنه الدراسة من نتائج، فإن مواقف الحركتين من الدولة المدنية تبقى مطبوعة بالتماثل والثبات من جهة رفضها لفكرة أن يكون حاكم الدولة المسلمة غير مسلم، وفي تأكيدهما على أهمية المشاركة السياسية في ظلِّ نظام الحكم الإسلامي، بوصفها مرادفا للشورى. أما الجانب المتحول والمتباين لدى الحركتين، فيجد تجليه في كون العدالة والتنمية أكثر تقبلا لنوع من العلمانية الجزئية ولانتخاب مسؤولي الدوائر الحكومية مقارنة بالعدل والإحسان. إلى جانب وجود تباين بين الحركتين على مستوى صيرورة التغير في مواقفهما، الذي يجد تجليه في استقرار عدد المواقف الايجابية تجاه الانتخابات لاختيار الحاكم لدى العدالة والتنمية، في مقابل ارتفاعه لدى العدل والإحسان ليبلغ بعد وضعية الإحراج المعرفي إلى ما تم تسجيله نفسه لدى العدالة والتنمية. يضاف إلى ذلك تراجع عدد المواقف الايجابية من فصل السلطات لدى العدالة والتنمية، بينما شهد هذا العدد استقرارًا لدى العدل والإحسان. ويبرز التحول في مواقف مجموع أفراد العينة (العدل الإحسان والعدالة والتنمية معًا) بعد عملية الإحراج المعرفي، من خلال ارتفاع عدد المواقف الايجابية من العلمانية وانخفاض الذي يخص نظيرتها من الديمقراطية، والتراجع الهامشي لعدد المواقف الايجابية من التعددية الحزبية ومن انتخاب مسؤولي الهيئات الحكومية.
