الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف معنى التحرر الاقتصادي الفلسطيني، خاصة في ظل فشل حل الدولتين وصعوبة تحقيق دولة فلسطينية مستقلة ذات سيادة؛ وتجادل بأن أي تصوّر لمستقبل فلسطيني يتطلّب إنشاء اقتصاد مُنصف وعادل. ولا يمكن تحقيق مثل هذا الاقتصاد، إلّا من خلال الابتعاد عن منظومة التقسيم التي اقتُرحت لحل الصراع الإسرائيلي - الفلسطيني. ويتطلّب أيضًا إنهاء الاستعمار الاقتصادي الذي رسّخته إسرائيل على مدى السنوات الخمس والسبعين الماضية، كما يتطلّب الابتعاد عن الاعتماد على النزعة الاستهلاكية والديون لتوليد النمو، كما حاولت السلطة الفلسطينية أن تفعل على مدى العقدين الماضيين. وتركز الدراسة على العلاقات العمّالية الفلسطينية - الإسرائيلية، والتحوّلات التجارية والمالية ودور المقاومة الاقتصادية، بما في ذلك حملة المقاطعة وسحب الاستثمارات وفرض العقوبات على إسرائيل، في إنهاء الاستعمار وتخيّل اقتصاد تحريري فلسطيني.
