اختصاصيات العمل الاجتماعي العاملات مع اللاجئين السوريين في لبنان: التحديات وآليات التكيّف في زمن متعدد الأزمات

الملخص

شهد لبنان أزمات متتالة ومتعددة خلال العشريات الأخيرة، كانت لها تداعيات على الرفاه النفسي والاجتماعي لجميع السكان، وتطلّبت تدخلات مختلفة من الاختصاصيات الاجتماعيات. من هنا، يأتي السؤال عن التحديات التي يواجهنها في أثناء عمليات التدخل مع اللاجئين السوريين، وكيفية تعاملهن معها ميدانيًا. تعتمد الدراسة المنهج الكمي من خلال تنظيم استبيان لتقييم التحديات التي يواجهنها، إلى جانب آليات المواجهة المُتّبعة للتكيّف مع مثل هذه الظروف. وتقترح في مخرجاتها آلية تكيّف مؤسساتية عملية، تقودهن إلى تكيّف أفضل، بما يتوافق مع السياق اللبناني، وتقترح أيضًا تعديلًا في مقررات مناهج التعليم الجامعي لتخصص العمل الاجتماعي وتضمينها معارف ومهارات حديثة تتماشى مع واقع الأزمات، وتُطلق دعوةً ملحّةً لإعداد سياسة اجتماعية عاجلة، بإدارة وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية مع الجهات ذات الصلة.
