Abstract

The ACRPS convened the Second Annual Conference for the Social Sciences and Humanities in Doha from March 30-31, 2013. The conference had two themes with distinct programs and sessions: “The Dialectics of Social Integration and the Building of Nation and State in the Arab Homeland” and “Definition of Justice in the Arab Homeland Today.” Eighty academics from various Arab states participated in the conference which included an opening ceremony and opening session followed by ten sessions, five on each theme.
