الملخص

تتوخّى هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على سياسة ألمانيا النازية (الرايخ الثالث) الخارجية تجاه الجمهورية التركية من منظور اقتصاد الحرب الذي يركّز على تعبئة الموارد الحيوية خلال الحرب. كما توضح ردّة فعل دولة فتية، هي تركيا، التي كان عمرها 16 عامًا فقط عشية اندلاع الحرب، والتي بذلت قصارى جهدها لتفادي تكرار خطأ الإمبراطورية العثمانية، من خلال تجنّب الانخراط في أي نزاع عسكري، عبر رفع شعار "سلام في الداخل سلام في الخارج"، آخذة بنصيحة الملك البلجيكي بودوان الأول Baudouin (1930-1993) الذي قال ذات مرة إذا كان "السلام يستغرق عشرين عامًا أو أكثر، فإن الأمر يستغرق عشرين ثانية فقط لتدميره".
