الثورة والصراع على سورية: تداعيات الفشل في إدارة لعبة التوازنات الإقليمية

الملخص

تنطلق الدراسة من فرضية مؤداها أن التدخلات الخارجية في الأزمة السورية والتي حولت الثورة إلى صراع إقليمي، ثم دولي، لم تأت نتيجة عوامل برزت خلال الثورة، بل كانت في حقيقتها امتدادًا لسلسلة طويلة من التفاع تاا التي بدأت مع الغزو الأميركي للعراق، والذي غيّر بصفة درامية موازين القوى والتحالفات الإقليمية، فانتهى دور المثلث العربي (سورية - مصر - السعودية)، وصعدت الأدوار الإقليمية لأطراف غير عربية، ما وضع سورية بين قطبين إقليميين كبيرين، هما تركيا وإيران، التي غدت تشترك أول مرة مع سورية في حدود برية من خلال سيطرتها على العراق، بعد الانسحاب الأميركي عام 2011. وكان النظام قد عزز علاقاته بتركيا وإيران لتوفير غطاء حماية لنفسه من الضغوط الخارجية، وتعويض ا عن خسارته العراق بعد الغزو الأميركي عام 2003. لكنّ النظام ونتيجة سوء إدارة أزمته الداخلية، سقط "ضحية" لعبة التوازنات التي اصطنعها بنفسه. فما أن اندلعت الثورة السورية وتحولت إلى العمل المسلح، لمواجهة العنف المفرط الذي استخدمه النظام، حتى تحول التنافس الإيراني - التركي على سورية إلى صراع دموي عليها، وفي محاولة للحد من الأدوار التركية والإيرانية معًا، اندفع النظام في اتجاه استدعاء مزيد من التدخل الخارجي متمثّلا بروسيا هذه المرة.
