الملخص

​تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع البعد المنهجي لظاهرة الفجوة بين الأبحاث الاجتماعية وصنع السياسات العامة في الوطن العربي. وتكشفت عن وجود عدة عوامل متشابكة ساهمت في هذا الوضع، أهمها: غياب الثقة بين الباحثين وصناع القرار، والتبعية المنهجية، وغياب ثقافة تقييم الأبحاث العلمية، وضعف الشجاعة الفكرية والأخلاقية لدى الباحثين، وضعف الإقبال على استعمال التعدد والتكامل في المقاربات، وغياب ثقافة تحرير النواتج الإعلامية المحددة الهدف. تخلص الدراسة إلى أن نجاح تعزيز التنسيق والتقارب بين مخرجات البحوث الاجتماعية وصنع السياسات العامة في الوطن العربي رهين بمدى احترام الحريات الأكاديمية فيه، فهي تشكل أحد أهم مقومات العلمية البحثية وعوامل جذب الكفاءات، إضافة إلى إعطائها دورها الكامل في تطوير البحث العلمي الجاد والنافع.
