الملخص

تسعى هذه الدراسة للبحث في السياسة الخارجية للولايات المتحدة الأميركية، وما طرأ عليها من تغييرات في عهد الرئيس السابق دونالد ترامب، مقارنة بمن سبقه من الرؤساء بعد انتهاء الحرب الباردة، وانعكاس ذلك على مستقبل الهيمنة الأميركية والنظام الدولي الليبرالي، وسيناريوهات الهيمنة في ظل حكم الرئيس الحالي جو بايدن. وتطرح سؤالين رئيسين: ما السياسة الخارجية التي اتبعها الرئيس ترامب؟ وما أثرها في مستقبل الهيمنة الأميريكة والنظام الدولي الليبرالي؟ تعتمد الدراسة في تحليلها على دراسة مفهوم الهيمنة، ونظريات العلاقات الدولية ورؤيتها للهيمنة. وتخلص إلى وضع سيناريوهات ثلاثة محتملة تنتظر مستقبل الهيمنة الأميركية في ظل حكم بايدن، وترجح أن يراوح عهده بين الإصلاح الجزئي والفشل الذريع.
