الملخص

تطوّرت العلاقات الهندية - القطرية منذ أن أرسى البلَدان علاقاتهما الدبلوماسية في عام 1973، وقد تحسّ نت على نحو ملحوظ في السنوات الأخيرة، مدفعوة بمصالح اقتصادية مشتركة وتعاون تمنامٍ في مجالات شتى، مثل الطاقة والدفاع والثقافة. تبحث هذه الدراسة في مسار العلاقات الهندية - القطرية والعوامل التي أسهمت في تطوّرها. وانطلاقًا من الإطار النظري الأوسع للاعتماد المتبادل المعقّد، تحلّل العواملَ الاقتصادية والجيوسياسية التي تدفع الهند إلى تطوير علاقاتها بقطر، فضلًا عن دور الأواصر الثقافية والشعبية في تقوية هذه العلاقات. وتتناول التحديات التي عرقلت تطور العلاقات، بما في ذلك اتلوّترات الإقليمية والخلافات السياسية. وعلى الرغم من أن هذه العلاقات تشهد نموّ ا واعدًا، فإنها لا تزال تعاني ركودًا ملحوظًا في المجاَلين السياسي والاستراتيجي.َ

  52. معرض ديف إكسبو هو فعاليةٌ تُقام كل عامين في الهند، وتُعرَض فيها أنظمة الأمن البري والبحري والداخلي. بدأ المعرض في عام 1999، وُيبُرز حضور الهند المتزايد في مجال الدفاع من خلال التحالفات والمشاريع المشتركة. ويُعزز هذا المعرض إمكانات التصدير لقطاع الدفاع المحلي الهندي. وتُنظّمه منظمة المعارض الدفاعية DEO، وهي شركة تابعة لوزارة الدفاع الهندية تأسست في عام 1981 لتنسيق معارض الفضاء والدفاع في الهند وخارجها.
