الملخص

​​​​تشهد الضفة الغربية المحتلة تزايدًا في البناء الاستيطاني والوجود الديموغرافي للمستوطنين منذ احتلالها عام 1967. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل استراتيجيات الاستعمار الاستيطاني في الضفة وأبرز سماته، استنادًا إلى خرائط تفاعلية صادرة عن مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (أوتشا)، ومعهد واشنطن لسياسة الشرق الأدنى. وتجادل بأن الاستعمار الاستيطاني يعمل بوصفه منظومة مستمرة تتجاوز الحدث العابر، وهو ما يتجلى في اعتماده على أشكال متعددة من منطق "الإزالة" وإعادة تشكيل المجال السكاني والجغرافي. وتتناول الدور المركزي الذي تؤديه الإدارة المدنية الإسرائيلية ومؤسسات الدولة في ضبط السكان الأصليين وتنظيم حياتهم اليومية بما يسهّل التوسع الاستيطاني. وتُظهر نتائج الدراسة انتقال أدوات السيطرة من الإقصاء المباشر إلى آليات أكثر تركيبًا تعتمد على إدارة السكان الأصليين والتحكّم فيهم عبر البيروقراطية والحكم اليومي. وتكشف عن اعتماد استراتيجيتَين مركزيتَين في ذلك: الأولى "فكّا الكماشة" بالسيطرة على الأغوار وضمّ الأراضي خلف الجدار، والثانية إحكام القبضة على قلب الضفة الغربية عبر ثلاثة أطواق استيطانية في القدس.​
