الملخص

تفحص هذه الدراسة مفهوم "الإبادة الثقافية" في حالة الحرب الإسرائيلية على غزة (2023 - 2024)، في محاولة لتطويره، ليتضمن الإبادة الثقافية العميقة التي تستهدف الأفعال التي ينتج منها حرمان طرف من أطراف الصراع من رواية الأحداث وتقديم سرديته حول ما يجري إلى العالم؛ والكيفية التي تعمل وفقًا لها هذه السردية كي تمهّد السبيل للإبادة ومحاولة تبريرها والصمت على استمرارها شهورًا طويلة، إضافة إلى الإبادة الثقافية المادية التي تشمل تدمير التراث والرموز الثقافية أو الاستيلاء المنهجي عليهما ومحو الهوية ونزع التاريخ. تعتمد الدراسة منظورًا نقديًا يستند إلى حقلي الدراسات الثقافية والإعلامية، بالاستفادة من مفاهيم "الغرس الثقافي" و"الانحياز الثقافي" و"تصنيع الموافقة". وتوضح النتائج كيف انتقلت إسرائيل في هذه الحرب من ممارسة الإبادة الثقافية البطيئة التي استمرت في ممارستها، مدفوعة بالقوى الاستعمارية على مدى أكثر من مئة عام، إلى الإبادة الثقافية العميقة التي جسّ دتها في هذه الحرب، والتي لم تتوقف عند التدمير الممنهج والمباشر للتراث الثقافي الفلسطيني، بل وصلت إلى محاولة إطفاء السردية الفلسطينية والحدّ من تأثيرها.
