توسّع مجموعة "بريكس" نحو مصر والسعودية والإمارات: تحليل استجابة الرأي العام العربي على منصة "إكس"

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ردات فعل الرأي العام على منصة "إكس" على توسّ ع مجموعة "بريكس" لتشمل ثلاث دول عربية، هي مصر والسعودية والإمارات. وتستخدم مقاربة التلقين العميق لتحليل المشاعر، بغرض فهم ردات الفعل هذه التي يُعبّر عنها الأفراد المنتمون إلى 22 بلدًا منضويًا في جامعة الدول العربية. وتسعى أيضًا لفهم الرأي العام تجاه هذا التوسّ ع. ونظرًا إلى صعوبة قياس الرأي العام في الأنظمة غير الديمقراطية، تقتفي الدراسة استجابة المستخدِمين في وسائط التواصل الاجتماعي. جرى تحليل تغريدات نشرت في الفترةُ24 آب/ أغسطس 2023 - 7 كانون الثاني/ يناير 2024. وتمثلت منهجية البحث في جمع مجموعة كبيرة من التغريدات، وفرز بيانات مولّدة منها وترميزها، ثم إسناد درجات المشاعر باستخدام أدوات متخصصة لمعالجة النصوص العربية. وعُرِضَت النتائج بوساطة تقنيات التمثيل البصري للبيانات ونماذج التلقين الآلي، وذلك لضمان تحليل شامل، مع مراعاة الاعتبارات الأخلاقية. وتشير النتائج إلى أن المشاعر العامة كانت محايدةً في غالبيتها (91. 38 في المئة)، مقارنة بالمشاعر الإيجابية (72. 31 في المئة)، والسلبية (09. 30 في المئة). وتسلّط هذه النتيجة الضوء على أهمية دور التعليم، والعزوف السياسي، والقيود التقنية لتطبيق المقاربات المستمدّة من علم البيانات في أبحاث العلوم السياسية. وتشير أيضًا إلى التحديات الملازمة لاستخدام هذه المقاربات في قياس الانخراط، أو العزوف، مقارنة باستطلاعات الرأي.
