The International System and the Covid-19 Pandemic: The Debate over the Effects of Epidemics on International Relations

Abstract

This study builds on the assumption that any change in the structure of the international system in the foreseeable future cannot be immediately ascribed to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
