Consociational Democracy in Iraq: Reproducing Ethnic, Religious, and Linguistic Minorities as Political Minorities

Abstract

This study argues that the political system resulting from the post-2003 political process in Iraq contributed to the reproduction of ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities.
