A Study on the EUGSS 2016 and ESS 2003 Paradigmatic Shifts" by Amina Mostefa Della; "The New Silk Road in Chinese Strategy: Goals, Power and Challenges" by Mohamed Mutawe; "Indian Revocation of Jammu and Kashmir's Special Status: Options for Pakistani Options" by Zahid Shahab Ahmed & M. Waqas Jan; "Political Parties in Morocco and the Impasse of New Social Tensions" by Elhabib Stati Zineddine. The issue includes Arab Opinion Index paper by Hicham Raïq & Mohamed Ourya "The Satisfaction Degree of Young People In light of the Political and Economic Transformations after the "Arab Spring" Bilateral Logistic Regression Analysis for a Sample from the Maghreb". Also included in this issue is a translation of Abdennour Benantar's "Unipolarity of the International System: What status for China?," by Aoumria Soltani. Mohammed Hemchi.
