The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies and the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies have published the 64th and 65th issues of issue of the bimonthly peer-reviewed political science and international relations journal, Siyasat Arabiya. This issues include the following articles: "Redefining the Palestinian According to the Legislation of the State of Palestine and the Problem of Affecting the Representative Status of the PLO" by May Barakat and Yaser Amouri; "The Dual Functionality of Constitutional Judiciary in Authoritarian Regimes and the Palestinian Experience" by Rashad Twam and Asem Khalil; "International Water Law, International Agreements, and the Eastern Nile Dispute", by Sahar Farid Yousef; "Towards Constructing a Statistical Index to Measure Political Culture in Arab Countries: Which Methodology to Use in the Field of Political Sciences?" by Brahim Elmorchid, Elhoucine Chougrani, and Brahim Mansouri; "Populism in the US Politics: The Case of the Trump Administration (2017-2021)" by Faisal Abu Sulaib; "Economic Policies Towards Israeli Settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories of 1967" by Mtanes Shihadeh and Inas Khateeb; and "The Israeli Apartheid Regime Against the Palestinians in Law and Practice" by Nizar Ayoub.The translation section includes Kanchan Chandra's "What is Ethnic Identity? And does it Matter?" translated by Abdelkarim Amengay. The issue also contains the documentation of Milestones in Democratic Transition in the Arab World 1/7 - 31/10/2023, Documents of Democratic Transition in the Arab World 1/7 - 31/10/2023, and Palestine Over Four Months 1/7 - 31/10/2023.
