التحوّل في السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه المنطقة العربية من منظور المدرسة الواقعية: مقاربة نقدية

الملخص

تبين الدراسة أنه يوجد تحوّل فعلي في سياسة تركيا الخارجية عمومًا، وتجاه المنطقة العربية خصوصًا، منذ حُكم حزب العدالة والتنمية في عام 2002. وتؤكد أن هذا التحول ليس نوعًا واحدًا، أو نمطًا واحدًا، بل له عدة أشكال ومراحل زمنية مختلفة؛ ما يعني أن قراءة هذه التحّولّات قد تختلف باختلاف العوامل المؤثرة والنظريات المستخدمة. وتجادل بأن المدرسة الواقعية، بما تتمتع به من أدوات وإمكانات، هي الأكثر قدرةً على تفسير هذا التحول، خاصة منذ عام 2016؛ فالواقعية الكلاسيكية الجديدة تأخذ في الحسبان العوامل الداخلية والخارجية التي تؤثر في صياغة السياسة الخارجية، وهي قادرة على تحليل القرارات السياسية بمنطق عقلاني.
