الملخص

تتنزّل هذه الورقة البحثيّة ضمن ما أسمّيه بـ "الحداثات التطبيقية". وتقترح مفهومًا إجرائيًا جديدًا وسمناه بـ "المعطّلات الثقافية" الذي نسعى من خلاله إلى تفسير بعض مظاهر التردد والتعثّر التي حكمت مسارات العقلنة والنهوض والتحديث في الوطن العربي وفهمها. وقد اعتمدنا في ذلك منهجًا تخاصصيًا مركّبًا واستفدنا من آخر مجلوبات علوم الدماغ مطبّقة على المعرفة والوجدان.
