A lot of officials around the world seemed eager to adopt AI systems. Therefore, many think tanks including the Deloitte Center for Government Insights, which presented this study, provided advice that helps in achieving this important endeavor. The study explained the internal failure of government mechanisms due to the reactionary leadership approach they adopt. Many leaders are working under a low glass ceiling, in a way that limits their achievement to damage control only. The task of leaders in developing and catching up with the future seems like a luxury that exceeds the reality of their situations and the conditions within which they operate. The stakes are still pinned on the ability of technology to "burn the stages" required by repair, with its cost and time.
