الملخص

من أجل فهم التطورات المستقبلية لقطاع من القطاعات، والتعرف على كلّ احتمالات تطوره، وبناء سيناريوهات جزئية وكلية، يبرز التحليل المورفولوجي بوصفه طريقة عمل ناجعة في مجال الاستشراف. وهكذا، نجد أنّ معظم حقول المعرفة قد استفادت، في أعقاب الأعمال الرائدة لفيرتز زويكي، من هذه المنهجية في التحليل منذ أكدت نجاعتها في مجال حقل الابتكار التكنولوجي. وفي ظرف وجيز، انتقلت هذه المنهجية من التنبؤ في مجال الصناعات العسكرية إلى استشراف مستقبل قطاعات أخرى أكثر تنوعًا، أهمها الهندسة وتصميم الإنتاج، والنظرية العامة للتصميم والهندسة المعمارية، والاستشراف التكنولوجي، وعلم التسيير وتحليل السياسات والتنظيم، والإبداع والابتكار وتسيير المعرفة، ونَْذجة التحليل المورفولوجي ذاته، والدراسات المستقبلية وبناء السيناريوهات. تتناول هذه الورقة أهم معالم التحليل المورفولوجي وبناء السيناريوهات، ولا سيما نسبة إلى التطويرات الحديثة للمدرسة الفرنسية للاستشراف.
