الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة أبعاد استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي من النواحي السياسية والأخلاقية والقانونية، في ضوء التطورات المتسارعة والمؤثرة لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، انطلاقًًا من افتراض رئيس مؤداه أن هذه الشبكات تبرز بوصفها "كائنات مفرطة" تتسم بكونها ذات أبعاد مكانية – زمانية شاسعة، تتجاوز محليتنا الزمكانية، وتهزم أفكارنا التقليدية حول ماهية الشيء، وتُُواجهنا بمشكلات يبدو أنها لا تتحدى سيطرتنا فحسب، بل تتحدى عاداتنا العلمية والفلسفية في التفكير أيضًًا، وتضع أنساقنا السياسية والأخلاقية موضع الاختبار.
