The Constitutional Question and the Problem of Democratization: The Case of Morocco

Abstract

Researching the topic of constitution, and the topic of forging a democratic state, is considered of the utmost importance in any society. This is true on the level of scientific knowledge as well as at procedural level. This is also based on the fact that the state is the eternal and stable legal entity encompassing the will of society and that the democratic style of governing is the noblest.
